Steven Lee Albert Howard, 57 of Keithsburg, Illinois, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2025. Cremation rites will be accorded and a Celebration of Life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, September 20, at the Keithsburg Boat Club at 308 3rd Street, Keithsburg. Steven was born on July 22, 1968, in Monmouth, Illinois, to Steven Howard and Cindy Finch Brock. He loved to fish and hunt. Steven also enjoyed riding his bike throughout the community.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Steven and Cindy both of Keithsburg; two brothers, Freddy (Brenda) Howard of Joy, Illinois, and Flip Howard of Oquawka, Illinois; three children, Aubrey, Leighanna, and Payton; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Steven was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Walter and Leora Howard; paternal grandparents, Albert and Bertha Finch; step father, Charles Brock; uncle, Walter Howard; aunts, Pam Heath and Marilyn James; and cousin, Jason Malcolm.
