Sherrard never trailed in a 74-45 rout of Galva at Harry Hunt Gymnasium on Tuesday.
The Tigers (3-0) forced the Wildcats into 11 turnovers in the first quarter, resulting in a 24-8 lead at the end of the period. Sherrard led 48-22 at halftime and played the entire fourth quarter with a continuous clock after holding a 68-35 advantage at the end of the third quarter.
Brylan Bender led all scorers with 26 points for Sherrard in the win. Ryder Veronda, 19, and Nolan Kline, 12, also scored in double figures for the Tigers.
MJ Louck and Jay Smith each scored 11 points to pace Galva (3-1).
