WRMJ spoke with Sherrard High School strength and conditioning coach Brian Adams Friday. Sherrard’s strength and conditioning program was recognized by the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA) as the Program of Excellence.
Sherrard received the honor for the program’s excellence in safety, quality, efficacy, outreach, and highlighting.
Adams was officially named strength and conditioning coach at Sherrard in 2021.
