Sherrard, Mercer County and Rockridge all picked up wins as part of the annual Illinois vs Iowa IHMVCU Shootout on Saturday.
Sherrard defeated Calamus-Wheatland 64-40.
The Tigers led 23-21 at halftime and outscored the Warriors 41-19 in the second half. Adalynn Elsbury paced Sherrard with 15 points in the win, while Maysie Hubbs (13) and Teagan Nelson (12) also scored in double figures for the Tigers (11-5). Sherrard has won six consecutive games.
Mercer County snapped a two-game losing streak with a 54-37 win over Davenport North.
The Golden Eagles trailed 24-23 early in the third quarter, before exploding for a 25-0 run to put the game away. Shadia Williams netted a game-high 22 points for Mercer County (16-3).
Rockridge (5-11) also downed Prince of Peace 49-28.
