Rockridge High School has hired its next volleyball coach.
The Rockridge School District named Scott Nelson its varsity volleyball coach this week.
Nelson has served as an assistant volleyball coach at Augustana College for the last five seasons. Nelson has also been an assistant coach at Alleman High School and coached with the Iowa Select Volleyball Club.
Nelson replaces Liane Freyermuth, who resigned as Rockridge’s volleyball coach after three seasons in November.
