A Senior Nutrition Event, Brain Teaser Cafe, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Fri., July 24, at the Mercer County Senior Center, Aledo. Residents 60 or older who live in Henderson, Mercer, or Warren Counties are invited to come enjoy a delicious meal and some brain-boosting activities such as crosswords, Sudoku, and seek-and-finds. The menu includes lasagna with meat, peas and carrots, lettuce salad, garlic bread, and mandarin oranges OR choose the potato bar, served with choice of 1 percent white or skim chocolate milk.
