ACE Camp is returning for its 30th year next week.
On Tuesday, May 5, nearly 200 second-grade students from the Mercer County and Sherrard School districts will take part in the day-long camp that gives them hands-on experiences in areas related to agriculture, conservation, and the environment at the Mercer County Fairgrounds.
Mercer County Farm Bureau Manager Jenna Preston says the 30th anniversary of the event is a big deal.
The Mercer County Farm Bureau Ag in the Classroom co-sponsors ACE Camp with the Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District.
