A New Windsor man is being held in the Mercer County Jail on $300,000 bond, charged with predatory criminal sexual assault. 47-year-old Matthew Eugene Walsh was taken into custody at his home on Sunday. His arrest follows an investigation by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office and New Windsor Police Department.
