Sherrard (6-1) beat Morrison (4-3) 58-34 at home Tuesday to win its fourth consecutive game in boys basketball.
The Tigers led 30-17 at halftime and extended the advantage to 48-23 at the end of the third quarter. Sherrard’s biggest lead was 31 points in the fourth.
Rylan Carton poured in a game-high 24 points for the Tigers with 20 coming in the first half. Carter Brown added 15 in the win.
Dawson Hepner scored 22 points in a losing effort for the Mustangs. The loss snapped Morrison’s four-game winning streak.
