A Senior Nutrition Event, Lunch & Lucky Rolls, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Fri., Aug. 7, at the Mercer County Senior Center in Aledo. Residents 60 or older who reside in Henderson, Mercer, or Warren Counties are invited for a hot, nutritious meal followed by a fun game Yahtzee! A suggested donation of $3 for the meal is appreciated. The menu includes chicken fajitas with green and red peppers, peas, brown rice, and apricots OR choose the potato bar option, served with choice of 1 percent white or skim chocolate milk.
