The Aledo City Council’s Tax Increment Financing Committee will be discussing a TIF application from Smith’s Custom Meats & Deer Processing this week. The committee meets Monday night at 6 p.m. at Aledo City Hall. Smith’s has acquired the former Casey’s property at 303 SW 3rd Street. The business occupied the former Wagner Pharmacy downtown Aledo storefront last August.
