Thirty-seven local Veterans who have died in the last year were remembered Monday at Aledo’s Memorial Day observance. The guest speaker was honored to deliver the day’s message.
Other local Memorial Day observances were held over the weekend at the Drury-Reynolds Cemetery, Pope Creek Church, and Peniel Cemetery.
