The Mercer County Board turns down an appeal from neighbors who were challenging rezoning of the Mercer County Motorsports property west of Matherville. The action taken Tuesday night. County Board member Chris DeFrieze supported denying the appeal.
The Mercer County Board approved the rezoning last month.
