Yvonne Nancy Frieden, infant daughter of Wyatt and Lauryn Frieden of Joy, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2024. A celebration of life for Yvonne Nancy Frieden will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 24, at Faith Chapel, Joy, Illinois. A time of fellowship will held after the services until 4:30 p.m. Private family burial will be in Drury Reynolds Cemetery. Memorials may be left to the family. Speer Funeral Home, Aledo, is assisting the family.
Yvonne Nancy was born on July 30, 2024, in Iowa City, two months before her due date. She spent her 7 weeks in the NICU wrapping her family around her finger. Her short life brought joy and light to her parents, Wyatt and Lauryn, and big brother, Porter. Grandparents who cherish their little angel are Mike and Christine Frieden and Stephanie Ferguson. Great-grandparents are Henry Ferguson and Carl and Diana Ritter. Aunts, uncles, and cousins who prayed for and welcomed her into the family include London Ferguson; Tyler, Sarah, Josie, Lacey, and Molly Frieden; and Emily, Adam, Henry, Ruth, and Ethan Septer.
Yvonne’s journey on earth ended on September 17, 2024, and she joined her great-grandparents, Keith and Nancy Frieden and Joyce Ferguson, in heaven.
