The Associated Press (AP) released its Week 6 IHSA football rankings on Wednesday.
Rockridge remained at No. 2 in 2A this week and received two first-place votes following the Rockets’ 26-6 win over Newman last week.
Newman dropped to No. 6 in 1A this week. Monmouth-Roseville received votes in the 3A poll, but didn’t make it inside the top 10.
WRMJ will post the polls each week. WRMJ’s Ty Taylor is an AP voter. His ballot will accompany the AP poll throughout the year.
