Andy Saey has been hired as the new varsity boys basketball coach at Rockridge High School. The action taken tonight by the Unit 300 Board of Education. Saey, who teaches in the district, had been Toby Whiteman’s assistant. Whiteman resigned last month.
Also tonight, the Rockridge School Board rehired both Shawn Strachan as girls varsity basketball coach and Lucas Smith as wrestling coach.
