Brian Hutton is being recommended for the Sherrard varsity boys basketball job. The item is on Wednesday’s Unit 200 Board of Education agenda. Hutton won over 200 games in his first stint at Sherrard, before being dismissed by the board in 2008 following 14 seasons. He spent the last eight years as head coach at Mercer County and resigned last week. Hutton still teaches at Sherrard.
