The 2025 Relay for Life of Mercer County is this weekend.
The annual event takes place on Saturday from 4 to 9:30 p.m. in Aledo’s Central Park to support cancer survivors and caregivers.
Events begin at 4:30 p.m. with the Survivor Walk. The Aledo Fire Department will provide a pancake dinner from 5 to 7 p.m. A musical performance by Jason Parchert starts at 6 p.m., and the Luminaria Ceremony takes place at 9 p.m.
It’s always an important night, says organizer Mary Flint.
