A big fundraiser for the Mercer County Jaycees always occurs during Mercer County Fair week. The group runs a pork chop stand with proceeds benefitting their “Toys For Needy Kids” campaign in December. Mercer County Jaycees president Chad Weeks says they could use some more members too.
