The Mercer County Farm Buraeu and Goldstar FS provided a farm roadway safety simulation for drivers education students at Mercer County High School this week.
Students were given the opportunity to sit in a sprayer to see the controls and the view from inside, and drove a sprayer simulator on Tuesday.
Mercer County Farm Bureau Manager Jenna Preston says the event was about helping raise awareness with farm machinery on the roadways during harvest.
National Farm Safety Week is next week.
