A former Westmer student-athlete is coming home. Morgan Braucht, who grew up in Joy, has been named the athletic director at Mercer County Jr. High. He will also teach P.E. Braucht was hired by the Unit 404 Board of Education last night. He will replace the retiring Bob Stockham. Braucht currently teaches in the Jacksonville School District.
