A domestic disturbance in Joy leads to an arrest. 31-year-old Dylan Webb was taken into custody Monday on an Illinois Department of Corrections Warrant for Violation of Parole. According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release, Webb is also charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer.
Webb appeared in Mercer County Circuit Court Tuesday and waived his detention hearing. He remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail with a preliminary hearing set for June 3.
