Downtown Revitalization Program Gets Request From Former Aledo Resident; Council To Act Monday

The Aledo City Council set to act on a downtown revitalization program loan agreement for former Aledo resident W.J. Albertson and Perryton LLC. The item is posted on Monday night’s agenda. Albertson now owns the former Aledo Meat Market, Hall’s Shoes, and Appleton Law Office storefronts along with the old Cooper TV building and Mercer Carnegie Library. Monday night’s Aledo City Council meeting is being conducted through Zoom Video and conference calling.
