Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies assisting the Aledo Police Department in locating an area man wanted on a Rock Island County warrant. Lucas Jacobson of Taylor Ridge fled on foot in the Aledo area yesterday, but officers were eventually able to track him down and arrest him. He was wanted for failing to appear on a suspended registration charge. Jacobson has also been charged in Mercer County with resisting a peace officer.
