Retired Rockridge High School Principal Katy Hasson will be inducted into the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Hall of Fame next year.
Hasson, maiden name Hulin, earned the induction in the “player” category, the IBCA announced on Monday.
She’s a 1987 Cambridge High School graduate and a 1991 alumna of Augustana College. Hasson is the all-time leading rebounder (927 rebounds) and is second on the all-time scoring list (1,662 points) in the Augustana women’s basketball program.
Hasson will be inducted into the IBCA Hall of Fame on May 2, 2026, at a banquet held at CEFCU Arena on the campus of Illinois State University.
