The Riverbend Foodbank Mobile Pantry is coming to Community Bible Fellowship in Aledo on Saturday, March 16. Registration begins at at 9:15 a.m. with distribution beginning at 10 a.m. Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before distribution begins.
Mandy Andresen, a volunteer with the Churches of Mercer County Food Pantry, spoke with WRMJ’s Terry James about food insecurity in Mercer County. She says each week the food pantry is seeing about 40 people. Some of those people have up to 9 family members.
