Celebrating the legacy of a longtime supporter of the Mercer County Fair with a tractor ride this coming weekend. The late Spike Heck had a great impact on the fairgrounds says Mercer County Fair Board member Barney Lloyd.
Sign up begins at 8 a.m. Saturday at the fairgrounds. Heck died in September of 2021.
