A Quad Cities man arrested on a Mercer County forgery warrant. 35-year-old Walter M. Howard of Davenport was extradited from the Scott County Jail on Monday. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail on $50,000 bond. Howard is also being held on an Adams County Warrant.
