Rockridge dominated the action as they stopped Mercer County in straight games in high school volleyball Wednesday night. The Rockets won 25-10, 25-12. In the only other action, Fulton beat West Carroll 25-17, 27-25. On the pitch, Orion-Sherrard blanked Abingdon-Avon 6-0 to run their record to 8-4 on the season.
In junior high girls basketball, Mercer County beat Monmouth-Roseville 13-6 in 7th grade play and Monmouth-Roseville won the 8th grade game 30-9.
Tonight’s Mercer County at West Prairie volleyball match has been cancelled due to Covid within the West Prairie program.
