WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor caught up with the Milan Area Rotary Club Student of the Month for Rockridge High School this morning. It’s senior Carter Gauley, who serves as co-vice president of the Rockridge FFA chapter and treasurer of the Rockridge National Honor Society.
