Thaddeus Andrew Koresko – Celebration Of Life 5/7/23

Thaddeus Andrew Koresko (Thad), 44 of Ohio, formerly of Aledo, Illinois, left his earthly body for his Heavenly body on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 26, at Sheridan Funeral Home, Lancaster, Ohio. All friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life gathering in Thad’s memory to be held from 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, May 7, at Messiah Lutheran Church in Aledo. This is a small way to say thank you for all the prayers, love, and support. Memorial contributions may be made to Thad’s children, c/o Lindsay Koresko.

Thad was born on November 27, 1978, to Andrew A. and Carol S. (Bloomfield) Koresko in Aledo. Thad graduated from Aledo High School with perfect attendance in May 1997. He graduated from Hamilton Tech Engineering with a bachelor’s degree in 2000.

He met the love of his life on an internet Star Wars gaming chat room; and he transferred to Ohio to be near her. On July 18, 2004, Thad and Lindsay E. Brown were united in marriage. Thad was baptized into the family of God on May 6, 1979, and reaffirmed his baptism with Lindsay’s baptism during their wedding ceremony.

Thad was a loving and devoted husband and Daddy. At the time of his death, he was employed by Highlights for Children magazine in Columbus, Ohio, as a computer tech. Besides his family, Thad loved his dogs. As a child of the ’80s, he also had a passion for Star Wars, Transformers, and, later on, Corvettes.

Thad is survived by his wife of nearly 19 years, Lindsay; sons, James, Lucas, and Bryce; his parents; brother, Kyle Koresko and sister, Amanda (Josh) Dail; two nieces and one nephew; his other parents, Jonathan and Debra Brown; brother-in-law, Nathan (Christina) Brown; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Our days are numbered in God’s book. Never pass up an opportunity to hug your family members and tell them how much you love them, for tomorrow is not promised.

May Thad’s family each feel God’s loving embrace and His perfect peace within their hearts… ‘Till we meet again, love you forever.
