New Mercer County Sheriff Dusty Terrill has been sworn in and has already announced some staffing changes at the sheriff’s department.
Mercer County Treasurer Bev Lower and Mercer County Clerk Sara Blaser were also sworn in Monday morning. Both were elected last month.
