Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies respond to a shots fired call at a rural Keithsburg residence over the weekend. The incident occurred Sunday evening, according to a press release from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department and involved a domestic disturbance. As a result, Theodore Schraceo was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm and aggravated assault with a firearm. He was transported to the Mercer County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
