Homecoming is being celebrated in Sherrard and Edgington this week. WRMJ will be at both the Sherrard and Rockridge Homecoming Parades on Thursday. Yes, we have learned our lesson about bringing only one bag of candy!
Eric Hutchins is on the call Friday as Hall Township comes to Sherrard to face the Tigers. The Rockets will face Erie-Prophetstown in their Friday night Homecoming battle. Jim Taylor covers the Rockridge Rockets.
Next week, WRMJ covers homecoming in Orion. In October, we will celebrate the Golden Eagles during their Homecoming week. See everyone at the parades!
Thursday, Sept. 19: Rockridge Homecoming Parade at 5:30 p.m.
The parade will follow the traditional route through Edgington and will circle back to the parking lot.
The Pep Rally will take place in the Football Stadium following the conclusion of the parade.
