There will not be a new varsity football coach hired at Sherrard High School at the school district’s May Board of Education meeting on Wednesday.
Sherrard School District Superintendent Carl Johnson confirmed with WRMJ that no action will be taken at Wednesday’s meeting.
Brandon Johnston resigned as Sherrard High School football coach last month after four seasons leading the program. The Tigers went 2-7 in 2024.
