A pre-trial conference has been continued for a New Windsor man charged in separate attempted murder cases in Mercer County. The delay was attributed to the defense Monday in Mercer County Circuit Court. 33-year-old Trenton Deshane will return to Mercer County Circuit Court on June 4.
Deshane has been in the Mercer County Jail since July 25. He was arrested following a shooting investigation in New Windsor where a victim was discovered with two gunshot wounds.
The very next month, he was charged following an incident while in custody at the jail, according to Mercer County State’s Attorney Grace Simpson.
Deshane remains in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
