Another township has approved a side-by-side ordinance. The vote was unanimous by New Boston Township says trustee Roger Grundstrom, who is also the former Mercer County Fair Board President.
Preemption Township has also approved the side-by-side ordinance for Mercer County. Local businessman Mark Bieri has been asking townships in Mercer County to adopt the side-by-side ordinance.
