A Missouri man arrested in Mercer County on criminal sexual abuse and simple battery charges. 55-year-old Eric Wayne Stogdill of St. James was taken into custody Thursday and booked at the Mercer County Jail. The arrest was the result of a complaint received last month. Stogdill was released after posting bond. The criminal sexual abuse charge involves allegations regarding a victim between the ages of 9 and 17.
