Hawthorn Ridge Golf Course has been sold. Current owner Gary Baker announced the sale on the course’s Facebook page and confirmed it with WRMJ Wednesday afternoon. The sale is effective October 1, but Baker declined to identify the buyer. He would only say the future plans of the property don’t involve a golf course.
Hawthorn Ridge was built in 1977.
