The City of Aledo has been awarded a state grant to expand the multi-use path that runs along Illinois Route 17. The extension will run from near the Secretary of State’s Driver Services facility along Southeast 8th Avenue to the cemetery.
Director of Public Works Justin Blaser provided an update to the Aledo City Council earlier this month.
