With several inches of snow expected from Wednesday into Thursday, Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch is reminding residents about the city’s designated snow routes.
“We do have some designated routes in the city of Aledo. You’ll see a sign, and on that sign, I think it’s a red and white sign, and it’ll say on there that it’s a designated snow route. If there is two inches of snow or more, then you are not to park on either side of those streets so we can clear those out, so we can get folks in and out of the community easier,” Hagloch said.
Residents who do not move their vehicles from snow routes risk being towed.
