Sherrard High School grad Charlotte Frere won her third consecutive Division-III discus national championship on Thursday.
At the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, she claimed the national title with a throw of 51.14m.
Frere is the first women’s track & field student-athlete in Augustana College history to capture three consecutive national championships.
