Sherrard High School’s strength and conditioning coach is being honored by the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).
Brian Adams was named the Great Lakes State Coach of the Year for Illinois earlier this week.
Adams was named Sherrard’s strength and conditioning coach in 2021 and has since built a district-wide program emphasizing student safety, effectiveness, and engagement. In 2023, the program was recognized by the NHSSCA as a Program of Excellence for its quality, outreach, and overall impact on student-athletes.
