A College Avenue building that features a large and faded “Welcome to Aledo” mural will get a new design. The final drawing has yet to be decided, but will likely incorporate the city’s new logo in some fashion says Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch.
A definitive timeline has not been established. Also, Hagloch says a decision will soon be announced concerning the future use of the Farmers Grain & Coal site.
The city assumed ownership of the property once it was cleared.
