An arrest warrant has been issued for a New Boston man involving the investigation of the theft of electrical wire from an irrigation system in rural Keithsburg. The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the whereabouts of Andrew Wilkens. Anyone with information on his location can contact Mercer County Crime Stoppers at 582-3500 or the sheriff’s department at 582-5194. The theft was reported on Dec. 22.
