A Mercer County man’s criminal sexual assault case has been continued to next year. A pre-trial conference has been continued to Jan. 11 for 51-year-old Robert Breshears Jr. The date was set this week in Mercer County Circuit Court.
Breshears faces two Class 1 felonies in connection with alleged incidents involving a female between the ages of 13 and 18. He was arrested on a warrant in September of 2020 and posted 10-percent of his $250,000 bond.
