Sherrard’s Jacob Belha and Rockridge’s Peyton Locke brought home medals from the Class 1A State Track and Field Meet at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston Thursday. Belha lead the way with a silver medal after finishing second in the 1600 meter run, where he turned in a personal best, finishing in 4:22.91. Locke medaled in two events, finishing seventh in the 100 and sixth in the 200.
