A new coffee shop opens in Aledo today. Koffee Junktion is located next door to the Mercer County Farm Bureau office. The business is open Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to Noon. In addition to coffee products and energy drinks, each day they will offer homemade baked goods from four area bakers.
