Mercer County Health Department administrator Carla Ewing pleased with the procedure for the March COVID vaccine clinics. Due to the uncertain amounts of vaccine being received, the health department registered names of Mercer County residents 65 and older last Friday that wanted to be included on a waiting list.
Ewing provides a weekly COVID-19 vaccine update each Wednesday morning at 9:20 on the WRMJ Focus program.
The current test positivity rate in Mercer County is down to 4.2 percent.
