A Viola man’s criminal sexual assault case has been continued to next month. 50 year old Robert W. Breshears Jr. made a brief appearance in Mercer County Circuit Court Tuesday morning. He is facing two Class 1 felonies in connection with alleged incidents involving a female between the ages of 13 and 18. He was arrested on a warrant last September and posted 10-percent of his $250,000 bond. His attorney asked for the continuance with the matter now set for March 26.
